Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies
RETURN/REFUND POLICIES:
1. Orders are ineligible for return and/or refund if it is 30 days post purchase.
2. Returns will be offered on items that have been delivered without any damage or defects or that have not been opened within 30 days of purchase.
3. If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product, subject to the fact of such defect being established.

5. Refunds will be made:
• Within 30 days from the date of receipt of returned
goods if the order is already shipped.
• Within 5 days from the date of cancellation of the order
if the order is not yet shipped.
6. No refund or re-fulfillment of the order will be given if the customer provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address.
7. The following products are not eligible for return:
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories,
including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the
time of delivery.
• Any food or water products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
If the product purchased was an Alexapure Pro and it has been used, we will accept returns up
to 30 days from the date you received the item. In the case of a return, the customer is
responsible for the cost of the original and return shipping fees along with a $75 disposal
fee of the item. Filters that have already been in use are not eligible for a return/refund.
8. All costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the item received is defective).
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1. If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 15 minutes of placing the order if it is before 3 pm or 1 hour of placing the order if it is after 3 pm.
2. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase the required quantity to simplify the transaction.
3. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount of your order.
4. If you cancel your order after the shipment but before delivery, we will refund the entire amount minus the cost of shipping your order and the cost of returning your order to our warehouse.
5. Orders are ineligible for cancellation after an order has been delivered. If you wish to return your order for a refund, our return policies apply.
6. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
7. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, and we reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
8. Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, we reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to inform you (via telephone, email, or mobile text) about a shortfall in the quantity. In such cases, we have the right to either supply you with less than the quantity you ordered or cancel and refund your order with prior notice to you.
